We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days (delivery days deduced) after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at slurp.eg@gmail.com or dm us on instagram , the message/email should contain order number and the reason of the return. we’ll further send you a return shipping message via WhatsApp (the shipping phone number).

Unless the issue is the result of an error on our part or the shipping company we deal with, you will be responsible for both shipping and return costs. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days.

More important stuff

• If you return a defective item without reporting it to us first, the cost of the defective product may be deducted from your refund.
  
• Products returned in a used condition, will not be returned to you. Instead, you may receive a partial refund or alternative compensation as determined by us.
