We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 7 days (delivery days deduced) after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at dm us on instagram , the message/email should contain order number and the reason of the return. we’ll further send you a return shipping message via WhatsApp (the shipping phone number).

Unless the issue is the result of an error on our part or the shipping company we deal with, you will be responsible for both shipping and return costs. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 14 business days.
